About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer support team at Nueva Group, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support (in-house and to our valued clients). Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, this full-time role is based in our vibrant Sydney office.

What you'll be doing

Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner

Provide first-line support, escalating complex problems to the relevant technical teams as required

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions

Identify opportunities to improve our customer support processes and procedures

Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems

Contribute to the continuous development of our customer support knowledge base

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a customer support or IT helpdesk role

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service

Proficient in using a range of software applications and remote support tools

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field would be highly regarded

Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
