Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience as an S/4HANA SCM Functional Analyst, with expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), or Stock Room Management (SRM), including integration with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

Strong understanding of SAP workflows and proven ability to collaborate with other SAP functional teams is highly valued.

Practical experience with S/4HANA CDS views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Signavio, Enable Now, FIORI, ALM, BTP, and ideally Maximo.

Involvement in large-scale SAP migration or upgrade programs, particularly those involving RISE with SAP and the S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE).

Experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective, business-aligned SAP solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on configuration experience across MM, SD, PP, WM, EAM, SAP master data, and integration using BTP, with deep knowledge of SAP best practices.

Prior experience working with SAP AMS (Application Management Services) partners is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

SAP certification(s) in SD, MM, or WM is considered an asset.
