The Opportunity

Join our dynamic Customer Success team as a Junior Data Analyst and play a key role in maximising the value of our RaptorOS platform for mining clients. You'll transform raw operational data into insightful reports and dashboards, empowering onsite teams to make faster, safer, and more productive decisions. Based in Perth with occasional travel to mine sites, this is your chance to blend data analytics with real impact in a high-growth tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools like Apache Superset to highlight key metrics.

Analyse trends in safety, production, and operational data to uncover insights and support risk mitigation.

Provide training and support to mining supervisors on data tools, dashboards, and interpretation.

Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams to align analysis with site goals and incorporate feedback.

Monitor dashboard effectiveness, gather user feedback, and suggest improvements for better platform adoption.

What We're Looking For

A degree in data science, analytics, or a related field.

1-3 years' experience in data analysis or a similar role.

Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Apache Superset), with strong data visualisation skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.

Ability to travel to mine sites and adapt to site conditions.

Bonus: Knowledge of mining operations, safety, or heavy equipment.
