Holroyd Customer Service Manager Job Description;
We are a 70yr+ family business that thrives on providing quality Australian products, these being the core of our company. As a manufacturer of key trailer componentry and an exclusive distributor for BMPRO in Australia and New Zealand, we pride ourselves in delivering quality Australian made products. Holroyd is a trusted name within the trailer component marketplace, specialising in custom made axles and accessories. Whilst BMPRO is Australia’s youngest, but one of the largest RV brands specialising in 12V power management, smart monitors, safety, lithium batteries and electrical component systems to the RV, Trailer and 4WD industries.
About the Role;
We’re seeking a Customer Service Manager to support its Holroyd/BMPRO customer operations. This is a full-time, autonomous role where you'll build strong relationships internally, with our suppliers and most importantly our customers. Your team will be the first point of contact for Holroyd/BMPRO customers nationally, and have a key responsibility in providing outstanding service, throughout their transaction journey.

Experience in being able to lead and provide great customer service
Experience and a willingness to understand product and customer requirements
A Focus on ensuring customers receive the highest attention to detail
An Understanding, accommodating but firm in nature
An ability to multitask, handling objectives simultaneously in a busy environment

Managing the customer service team
Managing customer sales enquiries, orders, logistics and communications activity
Managing and resolving customer challenges with suitable solutions
Demonstrating a positive, can-do and pleasant manner
Ideally, YOU will be someone who;
Has all the normal skills of a CUSTOMER SERVICE professional, including;
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in carrying out tasks in a team or autonomous environment
Takes pride in their work and thrives in this space
A Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Working Conditions;
Full time employment with full entitlements
Competitive Salary of $90-$95,000 salary package(incl Super) to the right applicant
