The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Administrator who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and is looking for a new full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and greet visitors

· Ensure the office and its surrounds are kept clean and tidy at all times

· Provide administrative support and assistance to Directors, Corporate Services Manager and Project teams

· Scheduling meetings, preparing agenda’s and recording minutes

· Field trip logistics support with flight, accommodation, car parking and car hire bookings

· Support in staff recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of staff members

· Assist with project billing and project resourcing using our Project Management system

· Support the project team to pack and unpack for events

· Liaise with staff and the IT company regarding IT requirements and issues

· Liaise with the Accounts team to reconcile expenses and track transactions

· Manage stakeholder contact details through company CRM

· Order and maintain office supplies

· Other duties as required.

· Minimum 3-5 years administration experience

· Experience in Office365 applications such as SharePoint and MS Teams

Requirements

· Must have drivers’ licence & own vehicle

· Police Clearance (within 6 months)

· Working with Children card (or willingness to obtain).
