THE ROLE
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of the company in the Australian market—hunting new opportunities and growing key accounts across a range of industries. You’ll represent a cutting-edge additives portfolio that includes products like emulsifiers, stabilisers, texturisers, and functional excipients.
This role is all about building trust, solving problems, and delivering tailored ingredient solutions to clients who value quality and performance.
You’ll be focused on:
Driving new business growth across food, pharma, nutraceutical, and industrial sectors
Building deep, long-term client relationships
Understanding technical needs and recommending the right additive solutions
Working closely with internal specialists and technical teams
Managing your pipeline and reporting through CRM
ABOUT YOU
You’re commercially savvy and comfortable selling both technically and consultatively. You enjoy diving into the “why” behind a product and helping clients get the right result, not just a transaction.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience in BDM or technical sales
Industry background in food ingredients, pharma, chemicals, or a related field
A degree in Applied Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related science will be a strong advantage
Strong communication and solution-selling skills
A curious mindset and the drive to grow a national territory
Confidence working autonomously and building rapport with technical stakeholders
SALARY AND BENEFITS
BASE $80,000 - $100,000 | Super 12% | Car/Car Allowance | Commissions
