Our client is looking to bring on a reliable, switched-on Site Supervisor to cover Brisbane North, Inner & West Suburbs, with work stretching across the Brisbane region.

This builder has:

• A solid forward pipeline
• Loyal trades and strong internal systems
• A supportive Construction Manager
• Opportunity for growth

You’ll be overseeing single low set homes being built, working with a team that genuinely respects their site staff and gives them the tools to succeed. You will manage between 5 – 15 homes at one time.

What they're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail
• A steady hand who can drive quality and maintain timelines
• Someone who doesn’t cut corners but knows how to get the job done
• Ideally someone with experience of on-site companion

Must be based in Brisbane and happy to travel across the north, west, and southern suburbs as needed.
$110k - $140k + Super + Car + Fuel card + Phone & Laptop
