KNOX ONE PTY LTD is a fast-growing Australian-owned company with a diverse portfolio of building material brands. Our flagship brand, Verdecor, specialises in premium decorative MDF and particleboard panels, designed to meet the highest aesthetic and functional standards.

With growing recognition across Australia’s design and construction sectors, we are now seeking a Business Development Manager – Specification / A&D to help us expand our presence within the architecture and design community.

Your Focus

Designers, architects, interior studios, developers, and commercial project specifiers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with design studios, architecture firms, and specifiers

Promote the Verdecor brand through presentations, showroom visits, and tailored product introductions

Drive product specification into residential and commercial projects from concept to build

Track project pipelines from early-stage design through to handover to builders and cabinetmakers

Coordinate sample distribution, technical documentation, and product support

Represent Verdecor at industry trade shows, design events, and networking functions

Work collaboratively with internal teams to support the design-to-delivery journey

About You

3+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in building materials, interior products, or architectural specification

Confident presenting to clients and running product demonstrations

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach

Comfortable managing your own schedule, planning client visits, and reporting activities

Passionate about design, materials, and the built environment

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Valid Australian driver's licence required
