TechOne Stream Training Lead

Hybrid / Remote | 3 days per week (avg)

Contract through to June 2026

Our client, a leading consulting firm delivering a TechOne transformation for a large enterprise, is seeking a Training Lead to drive end-user readiness across a critical workstream. This is a part-time contract role averaging 3 days per week, running through to June 2026.

You'll play a key role in designing and coordinating training that ensures finance teams and business users are equipped to adopt the new TechOne GL and budgeting models.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain a detailed training plan across the TechOne stream

Develop clear, accessible training content tailored to different user groups

Coordinate and schedule training delivery, working closely with Finance SMEs

Ensure training aligns with key deliverables such as the GL restructure and budget model changes

Produce supporting documentation including Procedure Guides and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)

Track training progress and adjust approach to support successful adoption

What You Bring:

Experience delivering training for TechOne or similar enterprise finance systems

Strong background in training coordination and content development

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with Finance teams

Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear learning outcomes

Experience working in a structured consulting or transformation program environment

Contract Details:

3 days per week (on average)

Now until June 2026
