Sharp and Carter have proudly partnered with a leading FMCG client who are seeking an agile and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a Fixed term basis.

This opportunity offers flexible as well as hybrid working arrangements

You will:

• Manage end to end recruitment process including recruitment, screening, selection and onboarding.
• Have experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders/hiring managers.
• Source candidates for roles using different channels
• Help build social media presence and EVP offering
• Foster relationships with pool of qualified talent for future positions
• Create recruitment metrics for the business
• Contribute to projects as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2 + years of experience in TA or similar type of role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge Food Manufacturing highly desirable
