We are currently seeking a Full time Retail Manager to lead our team at Ampol Balranald in Balranald, NSW-2715.

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing the entire outlet.

Interviewing and recruiting new staff based on requirements

Training staff with full functions and procedures and supervising work

Organising rosters, staff availability and holidays

Overseeing stock control and receiving orders

Placing orders with wholesalers

Completing operational store requirements such as assigning staff specific duties and projects

Preparing of promotional materials and displays

Promoting and marketing the business to increase sales and maintain growth

Dealing with supplier on regular basis, evaluating supplies and negotiating pricing

Selling products, preparing pricing/discounts/deals based on market scenario and implementing sales/marketing measures

Performing various food safety and hygiene audits

Perform Occupational Evaluation Report, maintaining OH&S

Reconcile cash deposits, banking & Inventory management

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Relevant Management experience required with 01 years of work experience in the occupation.
