Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, ensuring efficient and profitable

operations.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance

and customer service standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and maintain

inventory accuracy.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and

enhance profitability.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to

ensure satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations,

and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
