About the role

Tropical Fruit World is looking for an exceptional Retail Manager to join our dynamic team in Duranbah, NSW. As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth

Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement

Lead, coach and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant industry regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Building stakeholder relationships with wholesalers and suppliers in the apparel and foodservice industries

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally within the beauty, skincare, gourmet food products or fashion industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive business decisions

Strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving sales and profitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred
