About the Role:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of glazing projects from site measurement to installation. You will work alongside senior managers and site teams, helping to coordinate project timelines, lead small crews, and ensure quality workmanship across all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and perform accurate measurements

Liaise with builders, architects, and internal stakeholders

Lead small on-site teams and coordinate subcontractors

Assist with procurement of materials and manage supplier relationships

Monitor project timelines, quality, and budgets

Oversee the installation of glass products to high standards

Required Skills & Experience:

Trade qualification in Glazing or Carpentry (with glazing experience)

Proven site experience in the glass and glazing industry (both on the tools and in leadership)

Strong knowledge of architectural glazing systems and materials

Experience measuring jobs and interpreting plans/drawings

Hands-on leadership experience with site crews or installation teams

Excellent communication and organisational skills
