Junior Product Manager
Location: Marsden Park, NSW
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Super
Position: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Operations teams with daily project coordination and administrative tasks
• Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates using Buildsoft and Cubit estimating software
• Help coordinate resources and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project alignment
• Monitor project costs and assist with monthly progress claim preparations
• Support procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Facilitate the flow of project information between clients and internal teams
• Assist with Work Health & Safety compliance and coordinate site inspections (engineering and council)
• Review and interpret design and engineering plans
• Attend site visits and meetings alongside Senior Product Managers
• Manage tender documentation and maintain organised digital filing systems

What We’re Looking For

• University student or recent graduate in Construction Management, Project Management or related fields
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a Product Manager or Estimator role
• Proficient with Cubit Estimating and Buildsoft software
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Proactive and positive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop professionally
