Finance Manager | Northern Beaches | Permanent | Circa $130k + Super

A well-established and growing sales and servicing business is looking for a confident and capable Finance Manager to take ownership of all financial operations, budgeting and forecasting. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly closely with the Financial Controller to streamline processes, and drive growth. This role would suit an experienced Senior Accountant looking to take a step up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee expense management, P&L, and financial forecasting
• Develop and manage a rolling 12-month budget
• Lead an offshore transactional accounting team
• Approve and process accounts payable, receivables, and payroll
• Manage cashflow, CPI, and bank reconciliations
• Deliver regular financial reporting
• Provide financial recommendations to support decision-making
• Handle confidential financial information

About You

• Strong experience in budgeting, cashflow, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Solid understanding of financial systems (e.g. Xero)
• Commercially minded with the ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
• Analytical thinking and confident decision-making
• A positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
