They are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can champion brilliant ideas and see them through to execution—someone who thrives at lateral thinking and is rigorous with detail. This is a client-facing, studio-anchoring role, delivering everything from pop-ups and permanent retail to digital activations and campaign launches. You'll work alongside world-class strategists, creatives and makers to build experiences that surprise, delight and endure.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of creative projects from pitch through to launch, managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders and scope

Be the point person for onboarding, delivery and wrap-up—setting up schedules, facilitating smooth workflow and keeping everyone aligned and informed

Deliver exceptional end-to-end service, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to partner for some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and partners to bring concepts to life across physical, digital and experiential outputs

Own project budgets, scope and billing—ensuring profitability, transparency and value for all

Skills & Experience

5+ years in a creative studio, agency or production environment, leading multidisciplinary projects

Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, especially with high-level or global stakeholders

Deep understanding of creative and production workflows across spatial design, digital and content

Highly organised with exceptional communication skills—comfortable navigating fast-moving or complex projects

Passionate about innovation, design and doing work that makes a meaningful impact
