A leading architectural visualisation studio are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead communication between clients and their creative team. You will monitor many aspects through the project life cycle, so must be highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Brief procurement and data collection

Communicate client brief to ensure expectations are met by the creative team

Manage scheduling and timing of projects

Anticipate issues before they arise and solve proactively

Update Team Leader regularly on project status

Plan team schedule with Team Leader

Liaise with finance team to ensure payments are up to date

Prepare Scope of Works

Collect and respond to client feedback

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in Project Management

Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Ability to handle conflict and difficult conversations

Outstanding communication skills

Background in architecture or design highly beneficial
