Are you an accomplished Senior Project Manager with at least 15 years' experience delivering major infrastructure programs. A major state government body is seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead significant $200M civil rehabilitation and infrastructure programs. Focused on the rehabilitation of critical assets and large-scale pipeline networks, this is a rare opportunity to lead a technically complex project from the client side - blending civil construction delivery with high-level governance, compliance, and strategic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full life-cycle delivery of up to $200M+ civil and environmental infrastructure projects.
• Manage end-to-end tendering, contractor engagement, and delivery strategies.
• Oversee risk, compliance, safety, budget, and construction program outcomes.
• Act as the key interface between construction delivery teams and senior government stakeholders.
• Ensure civil designs, slip-lining works, excavation plans, and environmental controls meet technical and legislative requirements.
• Provide strong technical insight into construction staging, sequencing, and commissioning.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Deep technical knowledge of civil construction, particularly underground pipelines, trenchless works, and live asset environments.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client-side infrastructure delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
• Qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Confidence dealing with commercial contracts, project reporting, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Candidates with experience in environmental remediation, linear infrastructure, or complex civil rehabilitation are strongly encouraged to apply.
