Currently, the business is looking to recruit a Senior Manager, Brand and Campaigns.

The Senior Manager, Brand and Campaigns will play a strategic leadership role in shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand equity, drive customer acquisition and enhance engagement across key audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the retail brand strategy to enhance market positioning and customer perception.
• Manage the sponsorship strategy and ensure alignment with brand values and commercial objectives.
• Set the direction for the customer insights team program, ensuring insights are actionable and communicated across the business.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition while engaging and retaining existing customers.
• Lead the team in leveraging MarTech platforms to automate, personalise, and scale customer communications.
• Coach and develop a team. Manage performance through goal setting and development planning.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in marketing.
• Experience in leading end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy and planning to implementation and performance analysis.
• Previous experience in customer lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back strategies.
• A proven ability to drive clear business outcomes through campaign activity.
• An exceptional leader with experience managing and mentoring a team.
