About the role:
The Wagga Wagga Rehabilitation Physiotherapist is a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing rehabilitation services across Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and specific Outreach locations.
The Physiotherapist will be working in a range of settings including the community, as part of the Acute Rehabilitation Team (Inreach) providing mobile rehabilitation on the acute wards of the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and in a specific Outreach location (Tumut, Temora or Narrandera).
The Physiotherapist will provide goal-based, person-centred rehabilitation that is guided by evidence-based practice, via clinic-based, home-based and virtual service modalities.
The Physiotherapist will be supported by a Level 4 Physiotherapist within the service to continually develop specialist rehabilitation skills and knowledge.
