Now, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our dynamic Head Office team in Brisbane.

This is a chance to truly shape the financial health of a growing group of high-performing venues. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance to ensure the precision, compliance, and financial clarity that keeps our operations thriving.

Key to your success will be your demonstrated experience in the following areas:

Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable across multiple entities.

Manage and prepare bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities.

Prepare and manage end-of-month processes, including journals and accruals.

Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports and cash flow statements.

Assist with the preparation of BAS, PAYG, and superannuation obligations.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with senior management.

Liaise with external accountants and assist with account-related queries and ad hoc reporting.

Liaise with suppliers and other external stakeholders as required.

Monitor and improve internal financial controls and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and deadlines.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 years of experience in a similar role and environment, coupled with the following skills and attributes:

Xero, MS Office, and knowledge of accounting software

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures

Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy – data entry and reconciliations

Good organisation skills with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines

Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
