About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of Engineers, providing technical direction and support to ensure the application of best practices in every engineered solution.

Your remit will include but not be limited to -

• Oversee the efficient delivery of high-quality, viable solutions

• Fostering collaboration within the Project Team and with customers

• Strive for continuous improvement in processes, team development, and project execution

• Direct, plan, and coordinate the allocation of engineering resources

• Coordinate engineering resources to meet project deliverables on-time and within budget

• Ongoing collaboration with the Sales team throughout the project lifecycle

• Provide high-quality technical leadership and guidance to the team and customers

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business from an engineering perspective

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to add value with the following –

• Driven to deliver Best-in-Industry Engineering Standards

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability and organisational and prioritisation skills

• Experience in HVAC, controls, or allied industries

• Ideally have experience with Tridium application framework
