Our client is currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator or Administrator to join their team close to Blacktown. Working in a close-knit team, you will provide support within the Service Delivery Team. You will be supporting clients, technicians, contractors, and ensuring smooth operations for the team and service coordination.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients and technicians via phone and email.
- Liaising with clients, technicians, and subcontractors and scheduling and booking services.
- Allocate service related work to technicians.
- Produce quotes, orders and invoices for work orders.
- Administration of service orders, accurate data entry and checking the progress of services are adhering to the required timeframes.
- Wider support to the Service Team and general office administration support.
Skills & Experience needed:
To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced and busy administrative and customer support role. You will be:
- Confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous service coordinator or administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve and provide workable solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
