Our client is Australia’s leading asset recovery business. Their mission? To help people reclaim shares, dividends, and other financial assets they may have lost track of, or didn’t even know existed.
As a Client Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals through the asset recovery process. Working closely with our Client Services Specialists, you’ll help ensure cases move swiftly and smoothly by preparing documents, reviewing submissions, and liaising with state and federal organisations and share registries.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing client documentation using established templates
- Reviewing submitted paperwork to ensure it meets relevant criteria
- Guiding clients through the process via phone or video calls
- Using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and our CRM to manage files and workflow
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in claims, legal, or financial services is ideal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal - you’ll be drafting documents and speaking with a wide range of stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a careful, methodical approach to paperwork
- Adaptable and calm when things get busy or change suddenly
