About the Role
We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to work in our office. The responsibilities will be broad, covering all facets of bookkeeping.
The role will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Reconciling accounts and keeping financial records
Processing payments and handling daily banking activities
Identifying data irregularities to management
Generating invoices and receipts
Preparing and lodging business activity statements (BAS)
Producing balance sheets, statements and other financial reports
Using bookkeeping software, spreadsheets and databases
This role would be suitable for a person who has extensive experience with Quickbooks.
Flexible working options (30 Hours per week)
