THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality bookkeeping services with confidence and care. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a wide range of industries and the opportunity to work closely with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and implement bookkeeping processes for new clients

Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting

Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and GST returns

Liaise directly with clients and their accountants

Assist with month-end reporting, cash flow forecasting and budgeting

Maintain compliance and ensure accuracy across all financial functions

YOU

You’ll ideally have experience working in an accountancy firm or a bookkeeping-focused business, and enjoy building trusted client relationships. You’re tech-savvy, confident with cloud-based software, and have a strong eye for detail.

You will bring:

Proficiency in Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks

Sound knowledge of payroll, BAS, IAS and GST compliance

Strong communication and relationship management skills

A proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality outcomes
