The Role
This is an exciting and multifaceted position where you will take ownership of a high-profile portfolio of luxury properties. Serving as the primary point of contact for around 200 property owners, this role focuses on relationship management, strategic advising, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with owners, oversee the operations team, and handle complex challenges with professionalism and finesse.
Key Responsibilities
Owner Management: Cultivate trusted relationships with property owners, providing them with insights and strategic advice where required.
Portfolio Oversight: Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 luxury properties, primarily across NSW, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
Operational Leadership: Directly oversee a talented operations team (2–3 people) to manage key property processes, standards, and performance.
Dispute Resolution: Navigate conflict resolution with diplomacy and fairness, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Administrative Management: Oversee workflows like bond claims, compliance matters, and strategic leasing processes with the support of experienced admin consultants.
Market Expertise: Stay ahead of market dynamics to advise owners on opportunities and risks within Sydney, Palm Beach, the Southern Highlands, and beyond.
About You

Essential Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to negotiate and problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
Proven experience managing relationships within real estate, hospitality, luxury markets, or a related field.
Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market trends and property performance metrics.
Sharp organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine knowledge of Sydney, Palm Beach, Southern Highlands, and the wider premium property market.
Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide and motivate teams.
