Due to the continued growth of their property management division, our client is now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team.

The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, you will lead a hardworking property management team and oversee a highly developed rental portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage an immaculate portfolio of properties that has been kept in tip-top shape
• Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
• Manage a large and well-maintained portfolio
• Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Coordinate urgent repair and maintenance requests
• Represent landlords at tribunal hearings
• Manage rental arrears over 14 days
• Implement new business systems/processes

The Person

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly driven Property Manager who is looking to take a step up in their career, or a Senior Property Manager who wants to take on more leadership responsibility. In particular, you will have:

• A solid track record in and passion for property management - you will live and breathe PM!
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A real nurturer who LOVES people and will go the extra mile to make clients happy
• A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out
• Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative tasks
• Top notch presentation - you will be dealing with clients at the elite end of the North Shore market who expect nothing less!
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
