Tribe Social Fitness is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Coordinator to join us on a permanent part-time basis (30 hours per week over 4 days) in the health & wellness industry. You’ll work closely with our founder and team to drive marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Duties & responsibilities:

Plan, produce, and manage day-to-day marketing activities

Generate leads through creative marketing campaigns and content

Manage our social media presence and local partnerships

Develop and manage on-brand content across digital, print, and in-studio channels

Organise and promote events, workshops, and community activations

Support our overall retail growth through merchandise marketing and vending promotions

Post website updates and report on performance

Keep Tribe’s brand consistent across all touchpoints

Experience & attributes:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or communications role

Solid digital marketing experience and a deep passion in health, wellness, and lifestyle brands

Availability for early mornings to film during peak hours

Basic video editing skills or photography experience is highly advantageous

Confidence using Office 365, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)

Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS tools is desirable

Keen attention to detail and strong writing and proof-reading abilities

An eye for design and familiarity with paid social media and ad management

Self-motivation with a passionate and collaborative approach
