About the Role
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help us promote our events and grow our audience. No need for years of experience – if you're creative, organised, and excited to learn, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed.
This is the perfect opportunity for marketing graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in all channels of Marketing in a fast-paced, creative industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build Impactful Campaigns: Work with our team to create marketing campaigns that generate excitement and drive attendance.
Master Email Marketing: Use tools like Mailchimp to send out engaging newsletters and updates.
Run Social Media Like a Pro: Help manage our Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to connect with fans and promote events.
Get Creative: Collaborate with designers to produce eye-catching visuals, videos, and content for our websites and social media.
Track and Improve: Learn how to read campaign results and make improvements based on real data.
Connect and Collaborate: Support partnerships with sponsors, influencers, and media outlets.
Engage Our Audience: Interact with our community, respond to comments and messages.
What We’re Looking For
Keen Learners: You might not have lots of experience, but you’re eager to grow your marketing skills.
Marketing Background: A degree or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Tech-Curious: You’re comfortable using digital tools or learning them quickly.
Creative and Organised: You love coming up with ideas and know how to stay on top of tasks.
Team Player: You work well with others, share ideas, and are open to feedback.
