As we prepare for rapid growth, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to join our team as we go to launch in August.

The Role
This dual-function role is responsible for supporting the seamless operation of MATTIR’s ecommerce platform while assisting in executing our marketing strategy across digital, CRM, and brand activations. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and warehouse team to ensure a best-in-class online experience from first customer touchpoint to post-purchase engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Order Coordination

Act as the first point of contact across all customer channels: email, live chat, social media, and phone.

Deliver timely, brand-aligned responses with a focus on first-contact resolution.

Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds via ShipStation in line with company policy.

Liaise with warehouse for swift resolution of fulfilment issues and support ad hoc warehouse tasks.

Identify and report customer insights, fraudulent orders, and recurring issues.

Ecommerce Operations

Support daily Shopify management: product uploads, SEO tagging, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.

Maintain ecommerce documentation including calendars, product sheets, and image libraries.

Execute product launches, campaign updates, discount codes, and homepage refreshes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director.

Monitor and test site for bugs or UX friction; coordinate with external developers when needed.

Assist in preparing ecommerce shoots and uploading ghost imagery.

Marketing Support

Maintain and update the master marketing calendar in line with brand campaigns and product drops.

Support execution of 360° marketing campaigns, from planning to post-season reporting.

Craft and edit brand-aligned copy for website, emails, social media, and internal communications.

Conduct market research and present insights in weekly trade meetings.

CRM & Email/SMS Marketing

Build and schedule all Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns under direction of Marketing Manager.

Manage segments, flows, signup forms, and regularly update automated content with new assets.

Monitor and optimise CTRs, open rates, A/B tests, and performance reporting.

Paid Media & Advertising

Assist in building creative briefs and writing ad copy for Meta and Google Ads.

Liaise with our media agency on approvals, creative delivery, and performance tracking.

Support affiliate marketing and secure placements to maximise exposure.

Influencer Gifting & PR

Roll out influencer gifting programs and coordinate stylist appointments for all key drops.

Manage all product send-outs, courier logistics, and showroom presentation.

Maintain influencer and stylist databases, contracts, and ROI tracking.

Attend to PR loans and gifting performance reviews.

Social Media

Support the execution of social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Build and schedule platform-native content aligned with campaign messaging and tone.

Maintain content calendars and ensure timely, consistent posting.

Engage with community and monitor engagement metrics.

Key Metrics & KPIs

Customer Experience: First response within 2 hours; >90% satisfaction rating; returns processed within 48 hours.

Site Management: 100% accuracy on uploads and content; bugs flagged within 1 business day.

CRM: Maintain email CTRs above benchmark; 2+ A/B tests per month.

Marketing: 100% on-time campaign rollouts; 5+ industry insights shared monthly.

Influencer Program: 100% gifting targets confirmed 7 days pre-launch; weekly reporting on ROI.

Social: 100% adherence to calendar; engagement above industry benchmarks.

Comfortable working across multiple functions and juggling competing priorities.

Passionate about fashion, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Flexible with availability to support product launches and brand activations outside standard hours.

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in: Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Suite, Canva

Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma

Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or fashion retail is highly regarded.
