What You’ll Do
Service Coordination: Triage incoming requests via HubSpot Service Hub, our website or phone and allocate to technicians within agreed SLAs using NetSuite Field Service Manager.
Scheduling: Plan and adjust daily rosters for technicians and contractors across NSW through NetSuite FSM.
Client Liaison: Provide expert support, initial diagnostics and regular status updates to high-profile clients.
Administration: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, invoice completed jobs and manage follow-up calls.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Service Manager on process enhancements and team training.
What You Bring
Experience in customer service, service coordination or front-office environments.
Exceptional verbal & written communication; calm under pressure.
Strong organisation, time-management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/field-service platforms.
A self-starter attitude, problem-solving flair and passion for client satisfaction.
