Content Creation Coordinator

We’re looking for a dependable, organised, and creatively-driven individual to join our growing team at The Ever Glow Group - home to The Straightening Salon, EVEKO, and Glow Up Beverages.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just make content - they bring ideas to life. From concept and planning to shooting and editing, you’ll be in charge of producing content that feels aligned, elevated, and true to each of our brands.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create assets that support campaign goals, while also taking ownership of the full creative production process.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are confident producing content from end to end: both solo and with a small team

• Understand what makes content perform on social media and enjoy creating it

• Can take a brief and run with it, but also love bringing your own ideas to the table

• Are highly organised, resourceful, and love planning out the details

• Have an eye for aesthetics and a passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit content for Reels, Carousels/Story Sets, TikTok, and static imagery

• Source props, book locations, and coordinate models or shoot logistics as needed

• Create within brand calendars, briefs, and social media strategies

• Pitch creative ideas that align with upcoming launches or seasonal moments

• Organise and label content for team use and ongoing campaigns

• Occasionally support UGC and influencer gifting shoots or campaigns

You’ll bring experience with:

• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar content tools

• Camera or iPhone content creation for social platforms

• Understanding of brand strategy, tone, and aesthetic direction

• Reels, TikTok, short-form trends, and content formats that perform

• Shoot planning, styling, and location/prop sourcing

Who you’ll work with:

Our Company Director, Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Junior Designer, and the brand teams across The Straightening Salon, EVEKO, and Glow Up Beverages.

You’ll be supported with strategy, direction, and briefs - but trusted to run with the creative.

You consistently produce thoughtful, beautiful, and aligned content that brings campaigns to life. You manage your time well, take initiative, and feel confident producing content from concept to final post.
