Enthusiastic Operations Manager required

The Role:

Role Location: Maryborough, Queensland

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive person to lead our operations team.

As part of Operations, you will complete production planning to ensure inventory requirements are maintained to meet customer demand. Recording on production outcomes and reporting on key production performance indicators are essential activities to ensure maximum efficiencies are achieved.

Assisting with production planning also leads to managing the purchasing activities for the production team. This will include the all important raw material supply, maintenance items and general company purchasing.

The role can be fast paced and have multiple competing priorities at any time!

To be considered for the role you must have the following experience:

Production planning, scheduling and recording

Providing administrative support and data entry

Customer service and operations experience

Computer and Microsoft Office products

What you will bring to the team:

High levels of personal drive, ambition and motivation are all essential traits.

Also the ability to work autonomously with strong business sense and accountability.

Ability and commitment to working in a team environment, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

IT savvy and have no issues learning new systems

Great organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads throughout the day.

Office/factory based role in Maryborough QLD

Approx. $85-95k per year.
