Are you a creative storyteller, digital specialist and content producer with a passion for premium design, architecture, and craftsmanship?

Pazzi Marble & Granite is Australia’s leading natural stone company, producing world-class work for designers, builders, developers, and architects. We're now searching for a full-time Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team and help elevate the brand through compelling content, strong digital engagement, and strategic communications.

About the role

You’ll be the driving force behind our brand visibility, planning and creating digital content, coordinating visual projects, managing communications across multiple platforms, and producing marketing materials that align with our commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing

Plan, capture, and edit photos/videos of projects (on-site & in-house)

Manage and maintain an organised content/asset library

Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)

Respond to comments and DMs

Nurture and create sales leads internally (in CRM)

Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers for marketing shoots

Write and distribute weekly email newsletters

Update the website, manage SEO basics, and upload blogs/project features

Update GMB

Track analytics and report on campaign performance

Develop media relationships, PR opportunities, and potential collaborations

Coordinate and organise events, interviews, podcasts, etc.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

Proficiency in using marketing and design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A collaborative and proactive approach to work, with a keen eye for detail

A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
