As Assistant Accountant, your role will be to help record and report financial outcomes from commencement!

Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will provide day to day assistance across all aspects of operational accounting and financial reporting.

What You Will Do:

Payroll preparation (Employment Hero) across 50+ employees under a mixture of Awards and salaries

Daily bank reconciliations (NetSuite) across different entities/operational segments

Assist with recording accounts payable

Assist with end of month reconciliations and reporting

Assist with continuous process improvement for efficiency and strengthening controls

Key Skills:

NetSuite and Employment Hero experience ideal

Payroll experience across both under Award and permanent salaried employees

3-5 years experience in a similar role, in a multi entity/operations environment

Qualified CA/CPA or working towards
