About the role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Officer to join our finance team at Happy Angels Homes Pty Ltd based in Riverwood, NSW. This part-time role is responsible for processing invoices, managing supplier payments, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the organisation's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

Process payments related to client services and expenses

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies

Maintain detailed records and documentation of all financial transactions

Handle payroll-related payments

Assist with general bookkeeping tasks

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in the aged care or NDIS sector

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Mandarin and Cantonese speaking skills are highly desirable

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and MYOB

Must be available to work at least 3 days per week on-site
