Our client, a leading automotive brand, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager, Dealer Network to join its NSW State Office. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, relationship management, and on-the-ground execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You'll be a key link between head office and the dealership network, influencing business outcomes through collaboration and innovation:

  • Boosting Performance & Market Reach: Work closely with dealer partners to achieve strong sales outcomes and grow brand presence.
  • Elevating Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer interaction from vehicle purchase to after-sales service, reflects excellence.
  • Driving Profitability: Identify and activate initiatives across sales, service, and parts to support business growth.
  • Pioneering Strategic Projects: Lead engagement in priority areas like digital marketing and accessory promotions to maintain competitive edge.

This is not a desk-bound role. Expect to be in the field, engaging directly with dealers and creating an energised and aligned approach across the network. A company vehicle is included.

You'll form tailored partnerships with dealerships to uncover opportunities and deliver tangible business improvements. Reporting to the State Manager and working within a high-performing state team, you’ll:

  • Present forward thinking solutions to drive dealer success.
  • Champion innovation and foster impactful business relationships.

What You Bring:

You're degree-qualified and genuinely enthusiastic about the automotive world. Your background in account management or business development demonstrates your ability to lead, influence, and deliver. You're confident, professional, and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus, but your commercial understanding and ability to guide partners through complex challenges is what really counts.
