About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Asset Manager with a strong background in asset management systems, data governance, and digital transformation. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of integrating digital tools, processes, and frameworks that support smarter, more sustainable infrastructure decisions across the network.

✅ Digital Transformation Strategy – Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of digital asset management systems and processes in line with ISO 55001.
✅ Asset Data Governance – Define and maintain asset information standards, ensuring data integrity, availability, and alignment with business needs.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure cohesive delivery of digital asset initiatives.
✅ Innovation & Technology Enablement – Explore and embed emerging technologies (IoT, analytics, AI) that enhance asset lifecycle management.
✅ Performance & Risk Optimisation – Support strategic asset planning by turning complex datasets into actionable insights that optimise performance, risk, and cost.

Salary banding: $160,000 – $190,000
We offer a competitive package and are open to hearing your expectations depending on experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management or digital transformation roles within utilities, infrastructure, or energy sectors

Proven experience implementing or managing Enterprise Asset Management Systems (e.g. Maximo, Ellipse, SAP)

Strong understanding of ISO 55001 and digital asset lifecycle principles

Highly Regarded Qualifications

Postgraduate qualifications in Asset Management, Project Management, or Business Analytics

Knowledge of GIS, SCADA, or IoT-based asset condition monitoring systems

Familiarity with DNSP operations, regulatory obligations, and investment planning frameworks
