Our Warehouse Manager needs help (in more ways than one...lol) and so we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team.

We want a leader, not a manager and so you will need a desire to still be hands on but be able to demonstrate leadership skills. You will be positive, proactive, have exceptional attention to detail, be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team and you must be able to multitask too.

Provide operational direction & mentoring to the warehouse team

Assist in providing leadership, direction & drive performance of the warehouse team

Support warehouse manager to train, develop & mentor the team

Support warehouse manager to allocate, manage & coordinate workloads

Assist in the management of receiving & dispatching of stock & customer orders

Maintain all warehouse tools & machinery inc. forklifts and vehicles as required

Liaise with freight companies to ensure cost effective & competitive pricing

Picking, packing, kitting, invoicing and dispatch of customer orders

Complete stocktakes, monthly cycle counts & warehouse administration

Strong people skills with ability to motivate and lead a team

Sound knowledge & experience in all areas of warehousing & distribution

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

Current driver's license and forklift license

Have or willingness to obtain First Aid and Fire Warden certification

Excellent time-management, prioritising & organisational skills

Excellent problem solving, verbal & written communication skills

Possess exceptional attention to detail skills!
