We are are looking to recruit a confident Chef de Partie to work across all sections in our kitchen.

Chef de Partie role

• Trade qualification or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in a busy kitchen
• Have good communication skills
• Organise and maintain a busy work station
• Ordering and menu design
• Report to head chef
• Ability to work across all sections in kitchen
• Experience with Southeast Asian cuisine and Wok skills a bonus
• Disiplined and passionate
• Immediate start available
