About the Role

In this multifaceted support role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating routine inspections and maintenance requests with efficiency and care

Assisting in the preparation of leases, tenancy agreements, and other property documentation

Supporting the team with arrears management and tenant communications

Ensuring all systems and databases are kept accurate and up-to-date

Providing proactive support to our Property Managers and acting as a key point of contact for clients

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, landlords, and team members alike

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and time management abilities

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with technology and confident using property management software

A current Certificate of Registration (or the willingness to obtain one shortly)
