The Role

Edutemps is recruiting on behalf of this respected organisation for a dynamic Trainer & Assessor to deliver a Certificate IV in Strata Management qualification to a motivated learner cohort. This program blends face-to-face workshops in Canberra with online delivery through MS Teams over a 9-month period. The trainer will engage with participants through workshops, assessment activities, and supported online learning.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging workshops (in-person and virtual) following the provided schedule

Support learners via online forums and self-paced modules

Conduct assessment workshops, marking, and one-on-one participant assessment support

Utilise aXcelerate for learner management and tracking

Deliver six assessment days and three additional paid assessment interaction days

Ensure compliance with ASQA and TAE standards throughout delivery

Travel for face-to-face workshops (accommodation provided if not based in Canberra)

The Successful Candidate

Current TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Certificate IV in Strata Management or relevant industry experience

Strong facilitation skills both in-person and online (MS Teams)

Experience using aXcelerate highly regarded

Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative training team

Canberra-based or able to travel for face-to-face workshops (travel covered)
