Who You Are:
You’ve delivered complex projects in the APS, ideally across health care, aged care, disability, or veteran support. You’re confident managing timelines, documentation, risks and relationships. You’re calm under pressure, collaborative, and ready for a new challenge.

Key Desirables:

Proven project management skills at a high level

Ability to plan/manage activities and deliver outcomes within established project timeframes including governance and secretariat functions

Excellent communication skills (both oral and writing), including the ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conducting workshops, experience in preparing a range of written materials and documentation, and tailoring messages and style to different audiences.

Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and challenges as they arise and achieve results to meet program objectives within tight timeframes

Ability to take initiatives and work autonomously with limited direction.

Ability to work collaboratively with a range of delivery partners and stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.
