Key 2 Learning College are seeking a TAE-qualified Casual Trainer and Assessor to plan, deliver and assess for CHC52021- Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)

We are a well-regarded and established training organisation that delivers accredited vocational training qualifications in Health, Community Services and Nursing courses.
Essential Experience:
· Minimum two (2) years (full-time) relevant industry experience
· Minimum two (2) years’ experience delivering training in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Essential Qualifications:
· Diploma or higher qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Youth Work, Mental Health, Community Development or related area.
· Certificate IV Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent as allowed for by Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
Key Accountabilities and Expected Outcomes:
Plan, deliver, and assess select Units of Competency using best practice VET approaches
Maintain delivery plans and records
Assess and respond to individual student learning needs
Ensure student conduct is in keeping with policies/procedures
Liaise with internal Student Support functions where necessary
Respond promptly to student concerns/complaints
Complete requisite professional development hours/activities to maintain currency in areas of focus (minimum 20 hours/year)
Attend staff meetings and foster a team approach
Produce activity reports as required
Assist with administrative/clerical functions as required
Other general duties as requested
