The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Support Coordinator – Level 2 to join the EPIC team. This role plays a key part in enabling NDIS participants to understand and implement their plan, build their capacity, and strengthen informal support networks.

You’ll be coordinating a caseload of participants, connecting them with services, and ensuring ongoing quality support—all while providing high-level administrative support to the wider Support Coordination team. This is a rewarding role where your impact will be felt every day. Qualifications in Mental Health or Community Services are highly regarded, and may support reduced onboarding time in line with updated NDIS expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Connect participants with relevant supports aligned to their goals and outcomes.

Monitor and coordinate services to ensure high quality support is provided.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Support Coordination team.

Liaise with stakeholders and service providers to establish effective support networks.

Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records in line with NDIS requirements.

Support the team through research, community engagement, and continuous improvement.

You!
You’re a confident and compassionate Support Coordinator (or someone with transferable skills) who thrives in a people-first environment. You’re a great communicator, a problem solver, and love helping others succeed.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

A Certificate IV in Mental Health, or a related qualification such as Community Services (desirable).

Experience in Support Coordination or strong knowledge of the NDIS.

A collaborative and empathetic approach to client support.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Current NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, and Driver’s Licence.

The Benefits!
For the right candidate, we offer:

Salary sacrificing up to $15,900 per year.

Additional leave after 12 months of service.

Access to discounted gym memberships and wellness initiatives.

Ongoing training and development opportunities.

Candidates located in the Pilbara will be highly regarded. If you’re based elsewhere and passionate about the role, relocation support may be considered. Applicants are encouraged to research accommodation options before applying.
