About the role

Join the team at Riverina Oils' as a full-time Production Operator in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This hands-on role will see you playing a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, contributing to the production of high-quality oils and related products.

What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor various production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product quality

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to maintain safe and efficient operations

Monitor and adjust production processes to meet targets and quality standards

Assist with the setup and changeover of equipment as required

Follow all safety protocols and report any incidents or issues

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts, as apart of a 24/7 operational schedule.
