Based in the Central Coast, our production team plays a vital role in delivering excellence in every bite. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Food Production Operator to join our team and help bring our products to life.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Food Production Operator to be part of our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in blending ingredients, operating production machinery, conducting quality checks, and ensuring smooth production flow. You’ll work alongside a team of passionate individuals to produce high-quality food products while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in precision and efficiency, and thrives in a team setting. What You’ll Be Doing

Production & Processing – Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, operate food production machinery, and follow recipes to produce high-quality products.

Quality & Compliance – Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP).

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform minor machine maintenance and report any issues to minimise downtime.

Sanitation & Safety – Maintain cleanliness of work areas, follow food hygiene protocols, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Inventory & Documentation – Accurately log batch records, production reports, and inventory levels.

Team Collaboration & Support – Work closely with fellow team members and step into a leadership role when required to ensure seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar production environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role in a cold, dusty, and/or noisy environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Basic computer skills for logging production data.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to undergo necessary training for compliance and safety.

Bonus Points if You Have:

A Certificate in Food Production, Food Safety, or HACCP.

A background in baking, culinary arts, or food processing.

Experience operating food production machinery.
