Geofabrics Albury, we manufacture and distribute geosynthetic products throughout Australia, New Zealand, and other international markets. Job Title: Production Operator – Flex - Geofabrics Albury
The role:
This is a Flexible production position. Established 12hr rotating shift rosters with opportunities on several production lines.
· Be a leader on safety ensuring your safety and the safety of your Teammates.
· You will be working with different experienced production Teams and will have opportunity to learn several different production lines, Geofabrics processes and systems.
· The work will be 12hr rotating roster, which will include days, nights and weekends with associated benefits in pay and time off.
· The role will have opportunity for learning and development, with your skills, experience and drive to become knowledgeable operator of our machines and systems.
· Additionally, the successful applicant will have the qualities, skills and commitment to be a candidate for future leadership opportunities.

· Demonstrated Safety behaviours and commitment to the safety of yourself and the team.

· Be an excellent Team Member with a Can-Do attitude. High standard of work ethic, reliability, committed, active and engaged Team player, in a 24/7 Team based manufacturing environment.
· Demonstrated skills, qualifications and or experience in manufacturing mechanical, trade or skills, process and systems and continuous Improvement
· Commitment and desire to step up to support the team when needed and apply for leadership roles in the future.
· Current Forklift licence and forklift operation experience.
